Pain pointLegacy drawings are incomplete, outdated, or too sparse to trust for renovation decisions.
What the point cloud changesA registered point cloud gives the design team a dense visual record of visible roof lines, openings, structure, and existing geometry.
Built for project teams / 01
The value is not the scanner or drone by itself. It is getting the right field record to the people making the next decision.
Existing drawings are incomplete, old, or too sparse to design from.
Interior point clouds and visual context for existing-condition workflows.Once walls and ceilings close, the visible placement of piping, electrical, and mechanical systems disappears.
A before-concealment point cloud preserves installation context for maintenance, renovation, and owner records.Remote stakeholders keep returning to the property for basic field questions.
A dense, organized spatial reference for planning and coordination.A project needs capture capacity while regulated conclusions stay under professional control.
Clearly scoped field-data subcontracting and documented limitations.Capture systems / 02
This is not commodity drone photography. Every engagement is built around a spatial problem that ordinary photos, tapes, and walkthroughs cannot solve efficiently.
Rapid mobile LiDAR capture for renovation planning, facility records, MEP coordination, and hard-to-document building geometry.

View capture productProject fit register / 02
Choose the condition, decision, and island. The register will point you toward the most useful capture product before you send a scope.
Why teams call / 03
Capture the visible site once, then let project teams revisit spatial conditions from the office.
Give designers and builders a denser record of existing geometry before decisions become expensive.
Record visible piping, electrical, mechanical systems, and penetrations before walls and ceilings close.

The deliverable / 04
Scope determines the output. A typical package may include a registered point cloud, visual review media, RTK-referenced site imagery, a capture summary, and agreed file formats for your downstream workflow.
Scope questions / 05
Clear limitations are part of a useful deliverable. These are the questions project teams usually need answered first.
No. Hawaii Site Intelligence provides planning, documentation, and reality-capture products. Boundary, elevation certification, and other regulated conclusions require the appropriate licensed professional.
Scope may include a registered point cloud, visual review media, RTK-referenced site imagery, a capture summary, coverage notes, coordinate-reference notes, and agreed handoff formats.
Yes. Capture can be scoped around a downstream professional workflow, with file format, reference system, coverage, and responsibility confirmed before field work.
Yes. The business is based on Oʻahu and mobilizes to scoped projects throughout Hawaiʻi. Travel and access are considered in the proposal.
Interior and ground-level capture uses a SHARE SLAM S20 LiDAR scanner. SHARE states better than 1 cm (0.4 in) relative accuracy, better than 5 cm (2 in) absolute accuracy, point-cloud thickness within 1 cm, and built-in RTK accuracy of 0.8 cm + 1 ppm horizontal and 1.5 cm + 1 ppm vertical. Aerial capture uses a DJI Phantom 4 RTK. DJI states RTK positioning accuracy of 1 cm + 1 ppm horizontal and 1.5 cm + 1 ppm vertical (RMS), and roughly 5 cm (2 in) absolute accuracy for photogrammetric models under its stated conditions. These are manufacturer specifications, not a licensed survey certification or a guarantee that every finished point will fall within those tolerances. Each proposal states the target deliverable tolerance and control method.
Projects start at $1,750 only for the smallest, simplest engagements: an uncomplicated property, easy access, limited coverage, standard deliverables, and normal turnaround. Larger or more complex properties, difficult access, neighbor-island travel, combined interior and RTK drone capture, specialized outputs, extensive processing, or expedited schedules increase the price. Complex engagements can reach $20,000. Requesting a quote is free, and the full scope and price are agreed before work begins.
