Define the decision

Identify who will use the information, what they need to decide, the project coordinate context, and the intended downstream software.

Plan coverage

Confirm accessible areas, exclusions, control strategy, safety conditions, weather dependencies, and the capture sequence.

Capture the field

Collect interior SLAM, aerial RTK, or coordinated data using the agreed plan and field quality checks.

Process and register

Review coverage, register and clean the data, document limitations, and prepare the agreed output formats.

Quality review

Check completeness against the scope, flag gaps or uncertainty, and verify that files open as expected.

Deliver and orient

Transmit the package with a concise field register so the receiving team understands the files and their intended use.
