General pricing ranges

Know the likely range, then compare it with the cost of going back.

These planning ranges help establish fit. Every engagement still receives a project-specific quote based on property, access, travel, coverage, deliverables, processing, and schedule.

Budget guide / 01–06

General ranges. Defined scope. Quote before work.

Smallest engagement$1,750

Reserved for the simplest property, limited coverage, easy access, standard output, and normal turnaround.

01

Interior SLAM / existing conditions

$1,750–$6,500

A single residence, tenant space, equipment area, or defined portion of a building.

What moves the quote

Area, room count, access, occupied conditions, point-cloud cleanup, imagery, and handoff format.

02

RTK aerial site documentation

$1,750–$6,500

A defined site, visible exterior conditions, planning imagery, or one aerial progress record.

What moves the quote

Airspace, acreage, terrain, vegetation, flight planning, control, processing, and requested outputs.

03

Before-concealment + milestone capture

$3,500–$12,000

Owner records of visible piping, electrical, mechanical, framing, and penetrations before close-up, plus progress or turnover capture.

What moves the quote

Number of close-up milestones, capture zones, active-site constraints, schedule windows, file outputs, and comparison requirements.

04

Integrated interior + exterior record

$6,000–$20,000

A property-wide package combining interior LiDAR with RTK aerial context.

What moves the quote

Property complexity, multiple structures, registration strategy, deliverable coordination, and processing depth.

05

Professional capture subcontracting

$2,500–$10,000

Local field collection for mainland or neighbor-island architects, surveyors, engineers, and BIM teams.

What moves the quote

Field protocol, reference requirements, QA documentation, travel, data volume, and downstream standards.

06

Portfolio / multi-property program

$7,500–$20,000

Several properties, facilities, claims, or repeatable capture locations under one scope.

What moves the quote

Property count, island routing, access coordination, standardization, revisit schedule, and combined data volume.

Quote-dependent

The range is a filter, not a promise or a ceiling.

Neighbor-island mobilization, unusual access, expedited work, specialized processing, repeat visits, or complex deliverables can change the range. The proposal confirms the actual scope and price before work begins. Requesting that quote is free.

Cost of uncertainty / interactive

The expensive part is not the scan.It is sending the team back.

Choose the team, change the assumptions, and watch repeat-site costs accumulate. The capture allowance follows property count, visits, onsite measuring effort, and labor cost, but remains manually adjustable. Travel is grouped across the selected properties for each visit round.

Renovator, architect, or designer

The dimension missing from the field notes is usually the one that stops the drawing set and sends the team back.

Where is the team coming from?
Travel is shared across selected properties

Each visit round uses one airfare, hotel stay, rental car, and block of paid travel time to cover all selected locations. Onsite measuring labor still applies at every property or claim.

Your team, repeat-site cost$25,629
Scanning service allowance, deducted$5,000

Estimated savings after paying for scanning

$20,629

$25,629 own-team cost, minus $5,000 scanning allowance, equals $20,629 estimated net savings.

The scanning service is already paid for in this result. The green number is what remains after subtracting it, 80% below the modeled cost of sending your own team.

One additional return trip to one property$4,330
