Choose the team, change the assumptions, and watch repeat-site costs accumulate. The capture allowance follows property count, visits, onsite measuring effort, and labor cost, but remains manually adjustable. Travel is grouped across the selected properties for each visit round.
Each visit round uses one airfare, hotel stay, rental car, and block of paid travel time to cover all selected locations. Onsite measuring labor still applies at every property or claim.
$25,629 own-team cost, minus $5,000 scanning allowance, equals $20,629 estimated net savings.
The scanning service is already paid for in this result. The green number is what remains after subtracting it, 80% below the modeled cost of sending your own team.
Illustrative planning tool only. The scope-linked allowance is an editable planning estimate, not a project quote. Defaults are assumptions, not market averages or guaranteed savings. Actual travel, staffing, capture, processing, dispute, and project costs vary.
